A native of New Castle, PA, Chef Jarrett Session found his calling to cuisine while serving as a sailor in the United States Navy. He enrolled in the renowned “International Culinary Academy” in Pittsburgh, PA and embraced his new career with passion. Upon graduation, he worked in several upscale restaurants in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida but when the “Peach State” called his name the young culinarian moved to Atlanta, GA where he secured a position at the world-famous Pano’s and Paul’s in Buckhead.

Our Story
After years with Pano’s and Paul’s Chef J moved to serve as Executive Sous Chef with the Ashford and Georgian Clubs and quickly became an indispensable asset bringing his exquisite palate and creativity to everything he touched. In February 2017, Chef Session accepted a position at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, AZ where he continued to delight guests with his refined, contemporary cuisine. On any given day Chef Jarrett can be found creating dishes such as Blackened Salmon with a Dirty Rice Risotto and Praline Mustard Shrimp Butter. Chef J believes the most flavorful cuisine is one made simply with the highest quality products and his love and passion for cooking.
He considers it part of his service to inspire and educate his clients about the bounty that surrounds us in the Southeast Region. Chef Jarrett has set his sights on bringing that same experience into your home. His “taste beyond expectations” slogan is something that is not just a clever cliche, it’s something he lives by.
