A native of New Castle, PA, Chef Jarrett Session found his calling to cuisine while serving as a sailor in the United States Navy. He enrolled in the renowned “International Culinary Academy” in Pittsburgh, PA and embraced his new career with passion. Upon graduation, he worked in several upscale restaurants in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida but when the “Peach State” called his name the young culinarian moved to Atlanta, GA where he secured a position at the world-famous Pano’s and Paul’s in Buckhead.
After years with Pano’s and Paul’s Chef J moved to serve as Executive Sous Chef with the Ashford and Georgian Clubs and quickly became an indispensable asset bringing his exquisite palate and creativity to everything he touched. In February 2017, Chef Session accepted a position at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, AZ where he continued to delight guests with his refined, contemporary cuisine. On any given day Chef Jarrett can be found creating dishes such as Blackened Salmon with a Dirty Rice Risotto and Praline Mustard Shrimp Butter. Chef J believes the most flavorful cuisine is one made simply with the highest quality products and his love and passion for cooking.
He considers it part of his service to inspire and educate his clients about the bounty that surrounds us in the Southeast Region. Chef Jarrett has set his sights on bringing that same experience into your home. His “taste beyond expectations” slogan is something that is not just a clever cliche, it’s something he lives by.

Chef Jarrett and his staff did a phenomenal job catering a wedding shower I had for my daughter. They were professional, timely and did a great job communicating. They came in and took over my kitchen and you would never know they were in there! They cleaned up everything! The food was outstanding, hot and as described!

Chef Jarrett and his team exceeded our expectations! He was prompt (early actually) and the setting of our table was so special. The aromas of the house made us so eager to eat. Chef was amazing! He arrived right on time, and planned the dinner perfectly. My favorite was the mango chutney lamb and my husband's favorite was grouper with crab cream sauce. All of my guests had nothing bad to say..and all the food was gone the next day. Thank you chef for making our wedding taste amazing. Definitely recommend 👌
